If he notices how the other boy leans back he doesn't show it, looking from the map over to him. The question makes him laugh just slightly before he answers.

"Well! I'm not as new anymore. So if you still have any questions, you can feel free to ask me!"

He possibly sounds a little eager at this thought. Being a little more knowledgeable is exciting!!
