Text + Music!
There was that sound again, the sound of a new message on everyone's communication devices. After conversing with some of the scientists, they let him have access to the entire Fleet's communication system so the message would reach beyond the civilian network.
The text read,
Here is the cure
Please listen along
You'll feel better
Once you hear this song
A song started soon after the text message. The instruments comprised of two guitars and simple percussion. If he had more time with this, he would have added more. That was okay; the music did not suffer from its limited resources. What was truly important about the song was the voice. Francœur's sweet and distinctive voice sang both the melody and harmony of the song. The trained ear may detect that, while the melody nearly overflowed with emotions, the harmony lacked feeling behind it. The virus that sapped him of his emotions made it difficult to sing the part, but it was necessary. With both voices affected by both viruses singing in harmony, the effects negated each other and it resulted in a cure to all that heard it. The song was tender and sad, yet full of hope.
"The war was over
I've said all my goodbyes
Home was only a step closer
But I'm not returning tonight
It'd end my fears to have you near
But I'd worry if you were here
You're worlds and times far away
I'll close my eyes to see your face
If I don't come home some day
Maybe we'll meet again in space
They've started their attacks
Barely missed the guns and blasts
There's only so much I can do
I will see this through, I'll never leave you
Oh my dear, if you could hear
What goes on beyond our home
But I'd fear if you were here
Don't worry, I won't leave you alone
You're worlds and times far away
I'll close my eyes to see your face
If I don't come home some day
Maybe we'll meet again in space
It'd end my fears to have you near
But I'd worry if you were here"
The chorus repeated until the end. After the recording stopped, a pleased chirp briefly filtered through the message before it ended.
[ooc: Apologies about the delay. With mod approval, this message is the cure for both binaural viruses of the Bad Vibrations event.]

I've seen Rosette
Have you two met?
She was sick, last I saw
Shouting on top a car
[He knew now that the sickness made Rosette act in such a way. He hoped she was feeling better.]
no subject
Oh dear, was she sick as well? [Shame on him. He couldn't tell the difference. ] I was not aware, though it seems you have provided a solution for that too. That is rather fortunate...for all of us.
[The world is better off without an extra violent Rosette.]

I do not think I have words to express my gratitude. Are you feeling well now?
no subject
He chirped happily. It was nice of Kevin to say that.]
These feelings are my own
I'm as well as I could be
Though I miss my home
And especially my family
no subject
Would you tell me about your family, Mister Francœur?
no subject
In my family, there is only her
A beautiful, compassionate singer
She has false wings made of bird feathers
But she's truly an angel inside
When everyone else would run and hide
She returned and stayed by my side
Without her, I would have died
Without Lucille, my human sister
no subject
If that is the case, you will most certainly meet her again. You seem to owe her that much, after all.

I heard this once. Perhaps it might help you as well.
You are just late.
no subject
You have eased my mind
In a way, I'm glad I'm left behind
Because I get to hear you, one more time
no subject
In a way? Oh my, I am quite sure Miss Lucille would present one objection or two.
no subject
That may be
Or if she could hear you sing
She may agree
Your voice is quite outstanding
