[The following message goes out as a massive email to almost every single being aboard the ships. Almost being that she hasn't found a way to infiltrate the higher level security used for emergencies. Ah well.]

Dear Denizens,

As a long time supporter of charitable events, I'm here to give a bit of warning to those giving to charities supporting those of Terabel. Do so with caution, in case someone may be swindling you of your noble donations. Make sure they have the necessary paperwork to collect such charity.

And if you're not sure, then simply don't give your money.

This is in regards to a certain person collecting donations in front of a bar named "Quark's" without the proper paperwork. Of course I did not donate, as I will be assisting in the relief effort in a more transparent way, but I would suggest anyone who has donated to verify if that establishment has done their deed by asking for records of the money going to the proper place, and not into their bottomless pockets.

On another unrelated note, if there is anyone in need of repairs to electronics, excluding items that need an engineer's touch, then I will be offering my services. I can run diagnostic scans and remove troublesome programs, scripts, and exploitations for a negotiable fee. Any and all related inquiries are welcome. Appointments would be preferred, as my schedule slowly becomes filled as I am assisting with the instruction of new cadets.

I'm not trying to stir up anything! Simply making the public aware of unorthodox methods pertaining to charities.

Taking on the burden of reminding everyone to use their common sense? Eh. I suppose there's worse things you could do with your time, though your efforts are probably futile.

I have happened to notice Quark's charity in his bar, and my investigations led to the same conclusion. If you have any information, please let me know, as I found no trace of any paperwork related to this charity, or any records showing that he indeed used the money well. Which is not surprising knowing Quark. [Odo is Not Impressed.]

[She wonders who this could be, as the last time they've talked it was over audio. So while she chats with this mystery person, she'll try to find a profile.]

It's good that I'm not the only one on alert of such shady creatures. I shall definitely know if there is anything suspicious about any of his other activities.

Quark was the bartender on the station where I was chief of security, and he will go to any lengths to get money. Except one thing : weapons trafficking. This is the one thing he won't do. Everything else is fair game. I keep watching him for exactly this reason.

I knew it wouldn't be long until he did something. [Odo sighs. The more things change...]

[Upon a bit of digging, she sees that it's that person who was so intent on arresting her. Ironic that he's talking to her now. Maybe it's because she hasn't done anything worthy of being investigated for. Yet.]

That's interesting to know. I don't like half hearted individuals like that.

[Don't worry, he'll do that in good time. In the meanwhile, there is bigger fish to worry about. Quark.

Odo scoffs.]

Neither do I. [He very much prefers radically honest people such as himself.] This is why I'm watching him. [Yes, he's constantly watching Quark.]

Capitalism is taking advantage of those who are too dumb to know better. I don't like when a noble cause does not benefit who it's intended for because of capitalism.

Well, I'm thinking in the case of Quark the cause was pretty clearly his own benefit. Gotta love when someone's taking donations for their bank account.
