"Frag you and your fraggin' booty!" He means it to be an insult, and not...uh, yeah. Whatever that was. He's going to blame--SURPRISE--Flashpoint for that, because if she wasn't doing that fraggin' tickling he could have said something far more awesome.

At least a little more awesome.
